Sept. 30 2018. Another successful community event, Political Forum, hosted by the Philippine Press Club Ontario (PPCO) held at Friends of Jesus Christ Fellowship Hall located along McCowan/Sheppard East in Scarborough, Ontario.; Attended by city councillor candidates, Randy Bucao, Miles Roque, Louroz Mercader and Paulina Cruz. Also present were TDSB trustee candidates Gary Tanauan and Maria Montemayor. Questions ranged from no airconditioners in the schools where students could not concentrate due to heat, public safety concerns, the reduction in the number of city councillors, and many others.
